Description of the Machine

1．Main functions and application of the machine

The model YK31125CNC 6 Axis CNC gear hobbing machine is of 6-axis one, i.e. one spindle, five servo-axis, 6-axis with 4-coordinated control. Indexing motion, differential and feed compensations for cutting gears can be carried out by electronic gearbox. By optimum design concept, the machine adopts the shortest transmission train and reliable transmission method to make it have the features of compact construction, high efficiency and reliability. Hob dimensions, hob shifting travel and rigidity of the hob head for the machine come up to the same as the level of the machines with the same specifications at abroad.

The worktable is driven by super precision double-worm gearing to eliminate the transmission backlash and meet the requirements of cutting large workpiece. Based on the principle of constant current supply, hydrostatic bearings are supplied for the worktable to make it have high static & dynamic rigidity. Hydrostatic bearings are large-sized ones, so they are required to be super precision. Ample rectangle hardened steel guideways and preloaded linear recirculating roller guidance systems are used for the worktable to meet the requirements of high rigidity of the machine. The bed is welded construction.
