Introduction of YK3150 CNC6 Axis

1、This machine is designed to cut gears used for industries, such as engineering machinery, reduction gearbox for the marine，heavy trucks and lifts, etc.

The model YK3150 CNC6 Axis high efficiency gear hobbing machine is 6-axis controlled, one spindle and five servo-axes, each motion axis is driven by an AC servo-motor. Indexing motion, differential and feed compensations for cutting gears can be carried out by electronic gearbox. By optimum design concept, the shortest driving chain and reliable driving method to make the machine compact, highly efficient and reliable. Based on the principle of generating method, this machine is designed not only for manufacturing spur & helical gears, crowning or slightly tapered gears, gears with less No. of teeth and splines, etc. but also for milling straight or spiral flutes by single-index method. The machine can bear capacity of heavy cutting with high load and high speed cutting. Cutting speed of hob with coating can be up to 120m/min. finish machining accuracy can be up to grade 6-7-7 of the Chinese Standard GB/T10095.1-2008.
