4. Spindle equipped with imported major unit assembly , stepless speed change, high rotating accuracy and good dynamic balance precision. And also mounted positioning ring restore unit and AC main motor to perform rigidity tapping in high speed.
5. Spindles with the float tool stroke avoid the tool stroke force to pass on the spindle bearings, and effectively improve the life of the spindle
6. Spindle with a big motor boasts high spindle speed, great power, suitable for high metal removal rate and efficient processing needs
7. X, Y, Z three-axis all adopts NSK special screw bearings with high precision. Plus pre-tensioning technique, it guarantees high rigidity and precision of the feed shaft.
8. Equipped with a complete security protection device and designs that integrate the electric, mechanical, and pneumatic technology, the machine boasts advanced layout, environmentally friendly design, and easy operation and maintenance.
